Shipping policy

OddsNends Goods provides free standard shipping to the contiguous United States.

We currently do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or Armed Forces APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during holidays, major promotions, or unusually high-volume periods.

Tracking information is provided after an order ships. Carrier delivery estimates begin when the carrier receives the package and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.

If an order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or appears lost in transit, contact us through the store’s Contact page as soon as possible. We will review the order and work with the carrier when necessary.
