Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

To begin a return, contact us through the Contact page on our store. Approved returns receive a prepaid return-shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For health, beauty, cosmetic, grooming, and personal-care products, opened, used, tested, or unsealed items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Photographs of the product and packaging may be requested.

Gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and items clearly marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

OddsNends Goods does not charge return-shipping or restocking fees for approved returns.
